Return/Exchange Policy: Defective products: On most products we will
accept return of defective product for replacement for up to 90 days
after the date of the invoice. If a product has a longer warranty
period, it will be indicated in the product description on the web
site. All returns require a return authorization number (RA #). Contact
us for an RA #. The cost of shipping the product back t Netpeddler will
be paid by the customer.For your protection we recommend that
they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent
by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If
using UPS you can use regular ground service. It is not necessary to
insure packages of value of $100 or less. Over the $100 value insure
the package. The cost to ship the replacement (s) back to you will be
paid by Netpeddler. If an item is returned to us and found to work, the
customer will be charged return shipping charges. Also, the item must
not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be
included..
Exchanges: We will accept products back for exchange
within 60 days after the date of the invoice with a 15% exchange fee.
Please note that this does not apply to all of our products. Certain
items can not be exchanged, Each product returned for exchange must be
in it's original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a
higher fee may apply.This includes the item and it's packaging and
accessories.All exchangs require a return authorization number.
